My approach

I believe in looking beyond surface-level struggles to explore the deeper roots beneath them. Not subscribing to a band-aid approach - it feels good for a little, but doesn’t last long term.

Together, we build stability and safety in the present, creating a foundation that allows for deeper exploration and meaningful healing. Lasting change often emerges when we work at this level. Along the way, I support clients in building confidence- learning to trust who they are, understand what they need, and claim both without guilt or shame.

Through an intentional and collaborative relationship, I aim to be a steady resource, helping bring light to areas that may feel heavy or unclear while tailoring our work to your unique needs and goals.
